"Say (O Muhammad (Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam)):"
Meaning; “Qul” (Say:)” a firm saying with surety, fully and firmly believing in it while knowing its meaning.
"He is Allâah, Al Ahad (the One).”
Meaning: Oneness is restricted to Him, for He is The Ahad the sole being that has completion. To Him belong Asmaa’ al Husnaa (The most beautiful names), As Sifaat al Kamilaat al ‘Ulyaa (the most perfect and lofty/superior attributes), and Al Af’aal Al Muqadasah (The Holy Actions). He has no equal and there is nothing in existence that is comparable to Him.
“The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks”
Meaning: The One who is turned to for all needs. For all those who are in the heavens and Earth are in the uttermost need of Him. They ask Him for all of their needs and they turn to him for their purposes. This is because He is complete in is His attributes, [He is] Al ‘Aleem (The Most Knowledgeable) who is complete in His knowledge. Al Haleem (The Most Forbearing) who is complete in forbearance, Ar Raheem (The Most Merciful who is complete in His Mercy] which encompasses all things. And [He] is likewise in the rest of His attributes.
And from His completeness is that:
"He begets not, nor was He begotten;”
Because of his complete self sufficiency.
“And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him."
Not in His names, attributes nor in His actions, tabaaraka wa ta’aalah.
So this Surah consists of the Tawheed of al Asmaa’ was Sifaat.
